We based our terms of trade on dTest, the official organ of Czech Association of Consumers. Our conditions have been thoroughly tested to be as friendly for the end consumer as possible.

Always fresh and from the best world-class plantations. We either import or make our own teas, which gives them their unique taste, character and aroma. Since we do not re-sell any tea blends, all our teas are an original Manu formula.

To avoid rotten fruit, our unique tea blends are made with 100% certified fruits and herbs of a proven origin only. To make them last, we use a process known as lyophilization, or freeze-drying, to preserve their fresh taste and, even better, near to 90% of their vitamin content. Thanks to this process, the fruit in our blends will look freshly picked and you can even eat it after you’re done brewing. To avoid stale herbs, teas and other ingredients are imported monthly and in required quantities only. We avoid making our blends with older tea and would never attempt to sell stale teas to you. And of course, we adhere to the correct way of storing tea.

4. Unique tea blends – no copy-cats, no re-selling

Tea blends we offer are mixed with our own unique formulas. We make sure to include everything, from herbs to flavors, for the best quality, taste, aroma and even looks possible. Our blends include only the real-deal, juicy bits of fruit and we avoid using hibiscus to artificially enhance the color or taste. Most cheap teas on the market are made with hibiscus and apple peels, which can lead to stomach acidity and heartburn if consumed regularly.

Our tea comes in quality aluminum zip-lock bags that allow you to re-seal them at your convenience. Before opening, your tea is hermetically sealed inside to protect it from light, humidity or foreign odors, which could drastically impact its final character.

Our blends contain no artificial flavoring, as it can cause heartburn if consumed regularly. Natural flavors we use are not only safer, but they also keep their relish and offer much longer shelf-life. We are strictly against using flavoring spirits and essences.
