Fresh Fruit – Organic Fruit Infusion
When fruits and herbs grow without artificial fertilizers and sprays, when they are harvested with love and processed with care, all that's left is to mix them together and give the blend a name. Fresh Fruit organic tea was easy to come up with – we put in the best stuff we know: big chunks of kiwi and apple, orange zest and pot marigold. After the first sip, it was clear that this is the tea for every day and every healthy lifestyle.

There's everything to like about this tea. Even as you add the raw, dry tea into your strainer, it will delight you with pleasant colors and attractive aroma. The brew has a refreshing flavor, with sour kiwi, juicy oranges and green apples being the most prominent.
Origins
When we were faced with the challenge of brewing a purely organic loose fruit tea, the choice of ingredients was clear. We had to add apples and kiwi, and we also want a bit of exotics, so we add orange, lemongrass for freshness, and pot marigold and cornflower for softness. But you might be more interested in where all this organic goodness comes from. Well, read on.
The organic label can be used only for organic products... that is, those whose production (in this case, cultivation) has not disturbed the environment. So no industrially produced fertilizers, pest sprays nor other similar products have been used. Organic produce is usually harvested by hand and in an eco-friendly way. When transporting them from the orchards or fields, farmers also take care to protect the environment, the principles of sustainable packaging and so on.
They often choose freeze-drying during processing, which up to 90% of the natural material's nutrients and does not change its color, smell or taste. Freeze-drying is an ancient method that is now coming back into the spotlight thanks to its ability to preserve everything important in the fruit. The fruit must be frozen at a temperature of -20 to -50 ⁰C, with reduced air pressure. In such conditions, the water from the fruit sublimes into steam, which is drawn into the cooler. This process can remove up to 95% of the water from the fruit. Freeze-drying is an excellent preservation method, but we must add, its not the cheapest. The process can take up from a few hours up to several days.
The ingredients for this tea are imported from European suppliers with whom we have cooperated for a long time. Their quality certificates and responsible approach to the entire production process are reflected in the high quality of the ingredients supplied. To maintain the organic label, it is necessary to prove the results of laboratory analysis, which our partners regularly do.
